ATMEGA1280 Base Board to be board that has structure the same as Arduino Mega called “ET-EASY MEGA1280” which provide I/O Pins, including various sizes according to the standard of Board “Arduino Mega”. Moreover, it improves some restrictions better than the standard version of Arduino Mega; so, it is more convenient for user to use.
Specifications of Board • Use ATMEGA1280 to be MCU on board and run with 16MHz Frequency from Crystal Oscillator • 128KByte Flash (reserved 4KByte for BootLoader)/8KByte/4KByte EEPROM • 100% Support C++ Language of Arduino to develop program according to Arduino Mega • Use USB Bridge No.FT232RL of FTDI with Over Current Protection to communicate and download Code from computer into board. Moreover, there is Jumper to adjust the operations of Board; it is Program Bootloader into MCU from Port USB inside Board by self without using any external AVRISP Programmer. • 54 Pin Digital I/O; 14Pin can be programmed to be PWM Function • 16 Pin Analog Input (ADC 10 BIT 16-Channel) • 4 UART (Hardware Serial Port) as TTL Logic • PCB Board’s size and all positions of Pin Connector are corresponding with Arduino Mega; so, user can install and use it with various Shield Boards that are compatible with Arduino Mega instantly. In this case, the PCB Board’s size is 5.3cm x 10.2cm. • Header 10Pin IDE of 8Bit of Digital I/O(D22..D29) for connecting with LCD or Board I/O , it is more convenient to use. • Support application of External Supply that is both 7-20V AC and DC. It uses 1A Switching Regulate (LM2575-5V) to reduce heat when using very high current; moreover, it is able to use Power Supply from Port USB, if it uses current not higher than 500mA. In this case, there is circuit to choose source of Power Supply automatically; the Power Supply from USB is turn off automatically if board is connected with external Power Supply.
