SUN7 is touch screen development board comes with NXP’s powerful ARM7 LPC2478, the LCD controller integrated MCU. The old version ,Bluescree SUN , was launched on 2009 with 64MB SDRAM, optional Ethernet module,connectors for resistive-type-4.3-inch and 7-inch touch screen TFT LCD. And now SUN7 is coming in place with optimized features and cost. It has more GPIOs, on-board Ethernet with some features removed such as USB device port removed and connector for 4.3-inch LCD (4.3-inch LCD base board is needed for 4.3-inch LCD).
What is GUI Script? The Bluescreen SUN7's GUI Script is an engine software developed by ThaiEasyElec. This script helps user to work with image rendering and touchscreen control of Bluescreen SUN7 TFT touchscreen LCD without prior experience about C programming. GUI script is much dynamic than to draw GUI features manually using C functions

Note: The SUN7's GUI Script has two versions - Commercial Version : The price of this version is 50 USD. It's one time cost with lifetime upgrade. No royalty fee. Customer will get library file to be integrated with our example project. - Free Version : The full feature example projects for Eclipse and Yagarto compiler are provided. Boards are manufactured with Lead-Free process and all materials on boards are Lead-Free. And after well test, boards are coated to be protected from dust and humidity. This will make them more reliable to be installed in your products even in outdoor places. Please also be informed that since it’s Lead-Free, It’s highly recommended that hardware modification on the board needs experienced person.

Board Hardware - NXP’s ARM7 LPC2478 - Maximum of 64 MB memory with 2 of 16-bit Micron’s MT48LC16M16A2P-75 SDRAM (32-bit) - Connectors for 800x480 pixels (wide screen 7”) TFT LCD and 4-wire resistive touch screen panel - SD card socket (SPI interface) supports HCSD (high capacity type) - On board 8kB EEPROM (the last 128 bytes are reserved for screen calibrated parameters) - Serial Port 0 with selectable UART connector (TTL 3.3v with 5v tolerant) or female DB9 connector (RS232) for command line interface and in-system programming - Serial Port 1 with full modem signals on male DB9 connector - Connectors for UART1 and UART3 TTL-level - 7 GPIOs on SUN and 24 GPIOs on SUN7 - 1 port ThaiEasyElec’s module connector consisting of SPI and UART signals from MCU (can be configured as 10 GPIO ports) - One USB host interface with USB type A connector and power switch IC LM3526M-L (full-option only) - Built-in DP83848 Ethernet and RJ45 connector (full-option only) - JTAG connector for programming and debugging - Connectors for 9-24VDC (9-12VDC for Rev.B) power supply (DC jack and screw-type) - Pulse-controlled type buzzer
