Payment Method (only on our website)
To make payments for online purchases, customers can use PayPal payments which can be made by using any of the major credit cards.

Select PayPal payment in the payment method , proceed to PayPal Credit Card Fill in Form and follow the on-screen instructions for payment. No need to register PayPal account . If you need to have a PayPal account, you can open a new account in few easy steps.

Notes: If your order not choose the PayPal payment method in checkout process , We will cancel your order in 1-2 days . Because our website cann't not match the transaction between your order and confirmation from PayPal.

Shipping Method (only on our website)
We have 2 method for customer as below:

Standard shipping (Default) : The cheapest shipment method . Don't have tracking online service . Your order will be wrapped in protective paper bags and will be mailed out using the International Registered Airmail service (Ideal for sending small items weighing not over 2 kg to international destinations) . This service is handled by governmental postal companies in each country (E.G: USPS within the U.S, CanadaPost in Canada, etc). It take usually 2-3 weeks, but can take 4 weeks or more to countries such as Italy, South America and Africa.

EMS : Tracking Online Service Available . Your order will be wrapped in protective paper bags and will be mailed out using Express Mail Service (1st Class) .This service is handled by governmental postal companies in each country (E.G: USPS within the U.S, CanadaPost in Canada, etc , 4-9 days) . It take usually 9-15 days or more for some country. (Please Note!! Some countries have only Registered Airmail service.)

All about shipment and tracking process
We Ships worldwide from Bangkok,Thailand. Unfortunately we can not deliver to PO Boxes or military post office addresses,APO,or FPO address. Shipping cost depends on a product's weight and your location.To see the shipping charges to your specific location, put the items you want to buy in your shopping cart, then choose your country and click to estimate shipping . Exact shipping charges are calcualted and shown with .( Sort by Cheapest first )

Also please keep in mind that the post office will not release Registered Airmail packages or EMS packages without your signature. This means, if there's no one present at your address at the time of delivery, your package will not be left on the backdoor or in your mailbox by the postman. Instead, you will probably receive a notice indicating that there's a package addressed to you which you'll be able pick up at your local post office. Items are shipped from our Istanbul office. The shipped items will require a recipient signature to validate it has arrived to its destination.

The EMS can be tracked only after the carriers enter information which can take almost as shipping time . The packages can only be tracked on url once it leaves the origin country (in Thailand , International Airport ) and once it arrives at the local post office in the destination country. This means, International EMS and Registered Airmail (Standard Shipment ) can not be tracked day-by-day like UPS shipments. However, to confirm that your package has already left our Thailand office and to see whether it has been attempted to be delivered at your address, you may use more tracking url from the relevant website (as for your country) indicated : EMS  , Registered Airmail

If you have your own account shipping such as DHL, Fedex or UPS we can also ship with those carriers and charge shipping to your account. Please contact to info at thaieasyelec dot com . We will send the qoutation with use your shipping account to send the goods (no shipping charge from us) . You will receive our Proforma Invoice

Please understand that an international shipping quote ,that shown on the website , does not include any customs, duties, taxes or other fees that may be charged by your government and its agencies. We does not assume responsibility for unclaimed merchandise due to non-payment of such customs, duties, taxes or other fees. For further information pleas contact the appropriate government authority in your area.(Customers are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes or brokerage fees.)

Quotation Available
International Customer can send the order list to our sales team . We will quote the price and shipping cost to your country . Please specify for shipment method ( Standarad Shipping , EMS , DHL , FedEx , UPS , TNT ) to us . This process will take more time than purchase from our website . Sorry for inconvenient .

The Invoice
For honest, nowadays, Thai Customs is very strictly about declare real value in invoice. If your company have your own forwarder e.g. TNT, FedEx, you can discuss to your forwarder and tell us what we have to do. We will help you with our best.

Return Policy
As a customer of ThaiEasyElec you have 15 days period from the date of receiving the goods within which you may return the item if you are not satisfied with it. Please note that  we are unable to exchange items, unless you received a defective or incorrect item.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
- Semiconductor chips, which are not part of an assembled board, e.g. programmable microcontrollers that were purchased as a separate item
- Any item that is not returned in an "as-new"  condition, e.g. is damaged due to abuse or shipment, or is missing any parts.

Once we have received the item back from you in reasonable condition, we will fully refund the cost of the item within 14 days. Shipping costs, however, can not be refunded. All correspondence in matters of returns will be conducted via email. Before sending back any item please contact us by Email or by calling 66-2954-2408 in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label. No returns will be accepted without RMA number. Please provide the following information when contacting us:

- Item number, Product Description
- Reason for return: defective, incorrect item, item does not meet expectations
- Your order number/invoice number

All merchandise returns for a refund or credit must be within 14 days in new, resalable condition.

Warranty Information
ThaiEasyElec provide accurate descriptions and high quality merchandise. If you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do everything correctly. Any reports of problems with an order shipped more than 30 days ago cannot be serviced.
